The Ely Kiwanis Club is affiliated with Kiwanis International. The main concerns of the club center upon youth, primarily pre-natal to 5 years old, but also in school through high school to college. Membership is open to all community-spirited men and women, age 18 and up. The club meets every second and fourth Thursday at 6:15 pm at Vertin's Restaurant in Ely and invites all Kiwanians to visit. Club president is Dave Staubitz.
