Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital and Nursing Home is a private, non-profit corporation comprised of 560 shareholders.  Ely-Bloomenson, a Critical Access Hospital, is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health for 35 hospital beds and 79 nursing home beds. Services include medical, surgical, obstetrics, 24/7 emergency care utilizing Life Flight services, intensive/coronary care, skilled swing beds, home health care / hospice, chemotherapy treatment, physical and occupational therapy, cardiac rehab / cardiolite stress test / echocardiogram, ambulance service, dietary / nutrition, laboratory, social services, and radiology services.
